Almost eight inches long, this large lightning strike lemurian root crystal wand is saturated in pink lithium quartz phantoms, scrolled in ancient markings and sacred record keepers.

I have spent so much time with this exquisite stone which so viscerally asks to be held. It was impossible to capture every rare, sacred inclusion through image, and I know it’s likely my words will also fall short.

Multiple, telltale zig-zag lightning strike marks dance across this piece, the language of energy in tangible form.

A prominent strike moves across the front face of the termination and down the body, weaving along the right handed corner, stretching towards the root (photos #1, 2, 3).

Another distinct strike mark slices diagonally across one of the rear sides (photo #4). Smaller, errant lightning markings on this large lemurian move in rhythm, the story of this wild stone told in tactile form.

Lighting quartz is an extrodinary phenomenon, said to be its own dialect of starbrary quartz language.

The Serra de Espinhaço mountains are a mystical place where lighting rains down from the sky, orographic storms creating clouds with an elevated electrical charge.

The lightning both heats the quartz and transfers a remarkable amount of energy, amplifying the stone’s piezoelectric capacity to receive, store and transmit information.

This process speaks to the nature, the spirit of the stone in ways we’re still just beginning to understand.
