Brilliant blue indicolite manifests as a cluster of blue tourmalated quartz. Matrixed in albite, small peach morganite crystals capture the light in this rare, large crystal specimen.

Tourmaline rutile saturates the albite surrounding the quartz, the blue rutile transforming the quartz and the iridescent white albite matrix, illuminating both in radiant indigo blue hues.

A breathtaking example of how our reality is shaped by perception, the seemingly deep blue albite reveals a network of micro indicolite rutile needles.

Indigo transforms to an etheric pink peach hue as microcrystalline morganite crystals weave around the tourmaline. Indicolite resonates with our brow, our vision, and our throat, the voice of our body.

Potent in its own right, in this rare expression tourmaline is amplified by the quartz and moved through the lens of morganite’s deep connection to the heart as our own expression of divinity.

Jenipapo, Brazil is the place of origin for this rare crystal statement piece.

Indicolite is one of the less common manifestations of tourmaline, and Jenipapo is known for its extraordinary expressions of this extraordinary stone.

An old stock specimen, this piece originates from a mine which is reportedly closed, though without firsthand knowledge I am never comfortable stating this as fact.

It is my own belief that crystal beings are very much in choice about when they do (and do not) choose to step forward.

I can share that it has been several years since any pieces have been mined from this location.
