Wild + radiant, this large auralite 23 crystal specimen is so uniquely one of a kind. Bold purple Thunder Bay amethyst terminations are capped with bright red rutile, set in one of the most extraordinary matrix’s I’ve seen.

Rare trigonic record keepers are hidden amongst the precise terminations, which radiate with brilliant purple amethyst phantoms.

Both sides of this large crystal statement piece are covered in terminations, transitioning from amethyst to clear quartz to citrine, these naturally occurring variations telling such a tangible story of the history of this piece.

This auralite crystal being sings of sacred geometry. The crosssection of angular inclusions are outlined in sparking terminations, and the spirit of the piece sways in cyclical, swirling patterns.

The piece itself is semi translucent. When the sun backlights this sacred stone, rich hues of grape purple transform into amethyst’s violet flame in technicolor.

These sacred stones have a singular locale. Known as the Cave of Wonders, the Aurora Mine is nestled deep in the Boreal Forest in Canada.

Estimated to be 1.2 billion years old, Auralite 23 is considered the world’s oldest gemstone. Formed deep underground during the Meso-Proterozoic era, Auralite is deeply resonate with the energetic history of the earth.

Discovered in the “Cave of Wonders,” deep within the Boreal Forest in Canada, north of Thunder Bay, auralite contains inclusions of at least 17 of 23 additional vibrational elements of earth (see note at the end of post for a list of minerals).

Given the unique formation of these pieces, Auralite is believed to carry the energetic patterning of all 23 of their known inclusions.

Auralite fosters our sense of “being in the presence of the sacred.”
